A regular 10 to 20 minute Corporate Massage has been scientifically proven to reduce anxiety levels and to help normalise systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Unleashed Health & Fitness provides a fully qualified, registered and insured massage therapist, to give your employees a 10 to 20 minute, fully clothed massage to the head, neck and shoulders.
This is performed at the employee’s desk or in a designated room.
Options
1) Employee pays nothing
Each employee will sign a form after his/her massage, and the company will be invoiced for the cost of each massage.
2) Company Pays nothing
Each employee pays for his/her massage on site
3) Company Pays 50%
Each employee pays 50% of the massage cost on site, and the company is invoiced for the remaining 50%

How It Works
- We will arrange suitable times for us to perform the seated massage at your company (i.e. Monday and Thursday 10:00am to 1:00pm)
- We will send you a confirmation email with all details of our service (times, dates etc)
- You may forward this email to all your staff, informing them of our arrangement
- Staff will contact us directly to make a booking. (If any staff contact you for bookings, please direct his/her enquiry to us.) Or we will pin up a ‘sign up sheet’ in the staff room stating all dates and times.
